Deactivate Student after TC

The class teacher should deactivate a student when TC is issued. A student will not appear in marks entry, reports, attendance and anywhere once he is deactivated by the class teacher.

Go to Class Teacher Panel and click on "Student List"

Toggle the active button to Activate/Deactivate a student

To print report card of an inactive student, Activate him temporarily, print the report and then deactivate him again.
