STEP IN

Step In is a special feature available in the KV panel that allows authorized users to access an employee’s account without requiring a password. This functionality is intended for situations where an employee is absent or otherwise unavailable, enabling necessary updates or reviews to be carried out without delay.

The Step In option can be accessed under the following sections: Manage Employee, View Class Teachers/Checkers, View Subject Teachers, and View Co-Scholastics.

For accountability and security purposes, all Step In activities are systematically logged to maintain a complete record of access and actions performed.

 

You do not need to log out from the stepped-in account. Simply close the window, as a new window opens when you use the Step In feature.

A message is always displayed at the bottom of the screen while you are stepped into any employee account.
